What we collect
When you order: name, email, phone, delivery address, any gift message and the contents of the order.
If you press “Notify me”: only your email address.
Collaboration form (enquiries and questions)
If you send the form on the Collaboration page we collect what you enter: name, email, phone (optional), company or venue (where requested), role, country, city, reason for the enquiry, timing and your message, plus the date of your consent. We use it only to reply to your enquiry, on the basis of your consent. To limit spam we keep for one hour an anonymous code derived from your IP address, not the address itself. Why, and on what basis
Order data is used to perform the contract and to meet tax obligations. The “Notify me” email is used to write to you once, when orders open, on the basis of your consent.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare (website and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), the courier (delivery details only). Other recipients: [to be confirmed].
How long we keep it
Order and tax data: for as long as the law requires ([to be confirmed]). “Notify me” emails: until the notice is sent or you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
