Shipping
Where do you ship?
Italy only. For now we do not ship abroad. Livigno and Campione d’Italia are outside the Italian VAT area: write to us and we will see what we can do.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is € 12,00. It is free for orders of € 150,00 or more.
How many panettoni can I order?
Up to 6 per order.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe’s site. We never see or store your card details.
Dates
When does the shop open?
Orders open on 15 November 2026. Until then you can leave your email on the product page and we will let you know on opening day.
When do you ship?
Shipping starts on 1 December 2026. The last day to order for Christmas is 15 December 2026. Courier delivery times: [to be confirmed].
Storage
How do I store the panettone?

Gifts
Can I have it delivered to someone else?
Yes. At checkout choose “It is a gift”, enter the recipient’s name and address, and write a message of up to 200 characters. We print it on a card, which you can preview on the product page. Card details: [to be confirmed].
Pickup
Can I collect in Rome?
Pickup in Rome is only possible when the “Pickup in Rome” option appears at checkout. Place and hours: [to be confirmed].
Problems with an order
My panettone arrived damaged, what do I do?
